Return Policy
At Bluelifejewels, we strive to deliver an exceptional shopping experience. However, if our product doesn’t meet your expectations, you have the right to return it within 15 days, no questions asked during return (terms and conditions apply*). We offer a seamless return process to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase.
If you choose to return a product purchased from us, we will gladly accept it at our discretion (except for non-returnable items) and issue a full refund, excluding shipping charges.
Clause 1.1
Our Hassle-Free Return Policy:
To initiate a return, please visit our Return Portal and follow the instructions below:
- Return portal: Submit your return request within 15 days of receiving the product. Please note, returns made after this period may not be accepted.
- Notification: Kindly inform us about the product you wish to return by contacting us at bluelifejewels@gmail.com Once we receive your request, we will begin the return process.
- Video Proof: We request that you to mandatorily send a short packing video of the product being returned for clarity and a smooth process.
- Condition of Return: Products must be returned in their original packaging, sealed, and in the same condition as received, except for being removed to try on. All accompanying items, including the original invoice and intact tags, must be included.
- Return Process: Once we receive your return request, we’ll arrange a pickup within 2-3 business days. Please ensure you hand the product over to our authorized logistics partner (verify that the logistics personnel are from our service). If our logistics services are unavailable, you may return the product to the delivery address provided on our website.
- Quality Inspection: After we receive the returned product, our Quality Assurance Team will conduct a thorough inspection. If the product meets our return conditions, we will process the refund. We reserve the right to reject returns if the product is not in sellable condition.
- Refund Process: Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment (UPI/debit card/credit card/net banking) after deducting shipping charges.
This policy is in addition to your statutory warranty rights, which remain unaffected.
Clause 1.2:
Non-Returnable Items
All items can be returned within 15 days, except for the following:
- Customized or personalized products.
- Items specifically marked as non-returnable.
- Products that show signs of wear, tear, or tampering.
- Products that have been altered by a jeweler other than us.
Important Note: Once a product has been exchanged, it cannot be returned later. This clause takes precedence over all other terms.
Clause 1.3:
Refunds:
Once the return is inspected and approved, we will process your refund, deducting any applicable shipping charges. Please note, the refund will be based on the current market value as determined by us. It may take 8-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account once the product arrives at our warehouse.
Clause 1.4:
EMI Purchases:
If you opted for an EMI payment plan, you are required to continue making payments to the bank as per the agreed schedule. You can still return the product within 15 of purchase, and we will process your return in line with the above conditions.
